- •Durable construction that maintains air pressure well, requiring infrequent inflation even after extensive use.
- •Vibrant red, white, and blue colors make the ball easy to track during play, adding to the overall enjoyment.
- •Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use with consistent bounce and no significant deflation issues.
- •Valve design makes it easy to inflate without hassle.
- •Provides excellent control and a soft feel on the arms despite its harder bounce, balancing performance and comfort.
- •Recognized as the official volleyball of USA Volleyball, confirming its legitimacy and quality for serious players.
Cons
- •Comes deflated, so you need to inflate it before use—something that might be overlooked at first glance.
- •The ball does not immediately mold into the perfect shape after inflation; a short break-in period is required.
- •Its harder and bouncier nature means it can be tricky for beginner passers who might lack ball control.
- •Minor dents might be present initially but generally don’t affect performance or durability.
- •Best suited for intermediate to advanced players; beginners may find it less forgiving during play.
Bottom Line
The Molten FLISTATEC Volleyball is a high-quality, officially recognized ball that excels for intermediate and advanced volleyball players looking for excellent grip, fast play, and durability. If you’re a beginner who prioritizes easier ball control and a softer feel, you might want to consider a more beginner-friendly volleyball. However, for competitive players or those serious about improving quickly, this ball is a fantastic choice that performs reliably indoors or outdoors.
