Pros
- •Excellent quality and reliability.
- •Performs well in concrete and mortar applications.
- •Milwaukee is a trusted brand in the industry.
- •Initially, the bits cut through material smoothly for the first six uses.
Cons
- •Struggles with brick penetration, which can lead to drilling difficulties.
- •There is a risk of burning the bit when drilling into brick.
- •Performance declines significantly after initial uses.
Bottom Line
The Milwaukee Shockwave 6 in. Carbide Hammer Drill Bit Set is a high-quality and reputable choice for concrete and mortar applications, but it may disappoint when drilling into brick surfaces due to declining performance after initial use and potential for damage. If brick is a major component of your projects, you might want to consider alternatives specifically designed for that material.
