Bottom Line
The Makita XRW01Z 18V LXT® Lithium-Ion Cordless Ratchet is a versatile and well-designed tool, notable for its convenience and compactness, and is highly effective for general maintenance tasks. However, it's not meant for high torque applications and has some design limitations, like cumbersome anvil release and lack of magnetic storage. Despite a few hiccups with reliability and warranty complexities, it's a solid addition to a power tool collection, especially if you’re already utilizing Makita's battery system.
