Cons
- •Made entirely of thin plastic, raising concerns about durability and longevity
- •Some units arrived used and dirty, requiring cleaning before use
- •Plastic cage can impede airflow and increase noise levels; safety risk if cage is removed
- •Twist control for speed is awkward and hard to operate, often requiring two hands
- •Telescoping arm and tilt adjustment are problematic; the arm doesn’t stay secure and tilt is hard to control
- •Noise levels increase slightly on high speed and can be bothersome
- •The fan feels somewhat rickety with unstable parts and design flaws
- •Plastic construction feels cheap and may not last as long as metal counterparts
Bottom Line
We think this fan offers solid value for its price, especially if you want easy assembly, effective airflow, and quiet operation. However, its thin plastic build raises questions about durability and long-term use, and the control design might frustrate some users. If you're looking for a more robust, durable fan with easier controls, you might want to consider a model with metal parts and more intuitive knobs.
