Bottom Line
The Jiffy 36 mm Peat Pellet Seed Starting Kit Refill is a convenient option for beginner gardeners, offering ease of use and effective seed starting results. However, problems with mold and restricted root growth are notable drawbacks. For those concerned about these issues, it might be worth exploring other seed starting alternatives. This kit works well in reducing waste by refilling seedling trays, but the effectiveness might vary depending on specific growing conditions. If maximizing plant size is crucial, starting with traditional soil methods could be preferable.
