- •Bluetooth app needs a temporary disconnection from the audio source to adjust EQ, which can interrupt listening.
- •No Windows integration for headphone controls through the app.
- •While noise cancellation is effective for muffling ambient sound, these headphones do not feature active noise cancellation.
Bottom Line
If you want comfortable, durable wireless headphones with impressively long battery life and rich JBL Pure Bass, the JBL Tune 720BT is a strong contender—especially for everyday use, calls, and casual music listening. Its lightweight, foldable design pairs well with travel and on-the-go lifestyles. However, if you're seeking true active noise cancellation or audiophile-grade sound quality, you might want to explore other options. For a similar trusted brand experience but with active noise cancellation, checking out headphones with that feature could be worthwhile. Overall, these headphones deliver excellent value and solid performance at their price point.
