- •Delicious, flavorful with a smoky Hickory taste that appeals to many.

Cons
- •Not actually jerky; it’s precooked bacon with a strong flavor, which may be confusing.
- •Has a soft, bacon-like consistency rather than the traditional chewy jerky texture.
- •Lacks the chewy, smoky texture typical of traditional beef jerky.
- •Cold, straight-from-the-package consumption is unappealing; best warmed first.
- •Contains fatty pieces, which some consumers find excessive or unappetizing.
- •Might be considered “weird” or different from typical jerky, which could be off-putting for some.
- •Smaller portion size; many wish for larger packaging or quantity.
- •Needs refrigeration to maintain freshness, which may not always be convenient.
- •Texture may be too soft for those expecting classic jerky chewiness.
- •Some may find the fat content too high or the product too greasy.
Bottom Line
If you’re a bacon lover seeking a flavorful, easy-to-carry snack with an authentic bacon taste, this product might be worth trying. However, it’s more of a pre-cooked bacon treat with a jerky label rather than traditional chewy jerky, so if you prefer classic jerky textures, consider alternatives like Jack Link’s Beef Jerky. For fans of smoky, bacon-flavored snacks, this offers a unique and tasty option, especially when warmed up.
