Bottom Line
The Hot Wheels City Ultra Shark Car Wash provides plenty of entertainment for young kids, especially with its color-change feature. The set is easy to assemble and promises hours of fun. However, be wary of the flimsy connections and the need for warm water to activate the color change, which can be a hassle. If durability and value are your main concerns, you might want to explore other options.
