Bottom Line
The Hoover WindTunnel Cord Rewind Pro Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner is a solid contender if you're looking for powerful suction and versatile cleaning tools. However, be wary of potential issues with long-term suction effectiveness and user convenience features like cord rewind. If ease of maneuverability and handling are top priorities, you might want to look at lighter models with built-in lights for dark areas, but for general cleaning on a budget, this vacuum remains a capable choice.
