Bottom Line
While Greenies PILL POCKETS are generally well-loved for their softness and natural peanut butter flavor, which wonderfully aids in administering medication to dogs, there are serious health concerns raised by some users. Pet owners have reported issues like vomiting and diarrhea, as well as more severe health declines, which necessitated switching to another brand. If your dog has a sensitive stomach, consider trying a small batch first to see how they respond before fully committing to these treats.
