Bottom Line
The Gerber EAB Lite is a cleverly compact and durable utility knife perfect for light-duty EDC tasks like opening boxes or packages. Its slim, minimalist design makes it easy to carry discreetly, and with quick blade replacements, it remains sharp and handy. However, the stiff deployment and exposed blade mean it’s not ideal for heavy or frequent cutting. If you're after a small, reliable tool for occasional light tasks, this is a great choice. For more rugged use or easier operation, you might want to explore other options like a Kershaw Leek or similar pocket knives.
