- •The blueish interior is reminiscent of traditional ovens, adding a unique and modern touch.
- •Stainless steel finish matches well with other GE appliances.
- •Ability to turn off the turntable is beneficial for certain dishes.
- •Over-the-range design is space-saving, eliminating the need for a countertop model.
- •Ventless model allowed for additional storage space by removing the vent and installing taller cabinets.
Cons
- •The vent may not efficiently capture all the steam from stovetop cooking, risking potential cabinet damage above the microwave.
- •Certain accessories, like the new bacon dish, may not fit perfectly, potentially hitting the sides of the microwave.
- •Differences from previous models, such as mounting plates and lighting, could complicate installation and result in a noisier experience.
Bottom Line
This microwave has several beneficial features but also presents some challenges that might require consideration before purchase. Those looking for a consistent and quieter operation might need to explore alternative models or configurations.
