Cons
- •Multiple reports highlight serious issues with the seller’s return policy, which can be highly unfavorable, often retaining a significant portion of the refund even on defective returns.

- •In some cases, buyers report receiving defective units that do not work upon arrival, with returns only being addressed after third-party intervention (e.g., Amazon).
- •The very large screen size may require some adjustment time, especially for users accustomed to smaller 10-inch tablets.
- •Some quality control issues have been noted, although these are tied more to the seller/service experience than the tablet itself.
Bottom Line
The SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra offers a spectacular, large AMOLED display, robust performance, and a premium design that makes it an excellent choice for users who want a high-end Android tablet for work or play — especially with the included S Pen for creative tasks. However, be very cautious about purchasing from sellers with poor return policies and customer service, as defective units and difficult returns have been reported. If hassle-free support and warranty handling are priorities for you, it might be worth comparing with other Samsung tablets or authorized retailers to avoid these pitfalls before buying.
