Pros
- •The switch to gel pouches seems to enhance the dishwashing experience with improved cleanliness and fewer spots.
- •Gel pouch packaging helps avoid the crumbling and sticking issues seen with previous tablet forms.
- •Some users report that once the product is in the dishwasher, performance is solid with good cleaning results.
Cons
- •A strong chemical odor overwhelms dishes and the dishwasher, often affecting food and drink taste.
- •Plastic items, especially silicone bakeware, retain the odor and taste after washing, leading to potential disposal of contaminated items.
- •Users report residuals on dishes, utensils, and even on fingers after touching the detergent.
- •Some users face inconsistent tablet dissolution, leaving concerns about micro plastic debris.
- •The overwhelming fragrance has been described as akin to a gas station air freshener.
- •Concerns about possible health risks due to detergent residues being ingested.
- •Dissatisfaction with the company's dismissive response to complaints increases user frustration.

Bottom Line
If you're considering this product for its improved user-rated cleaning power, be mindful of the reported pervasive chemical odor, inconsistent performance, and residue issues. These concerns overshadow some of the product's benefits and have left many users unhappy. You might want to explore switching to a traditional powdered dishwasher detergent, which some users have recommended for avoiding these pitfalls.
