Bottom Line
The *Farberware Easy Clean Aluminum Nonstick Square Griddle* is a solid choice for those who need a versatile, lightweight griddle with a great non-stick surface. It excels at cooking a variety of foods including eggs and mushrooms and is an excellent companion for camping trips. However, its low sides and uneven heating might be a downside for those who frequently cook liquid-based dishes or require perfectly even cooking. If the depth and heat distribution are significant concerns, you might want to weigh this against the product's price and your specific cooking needs.
