Why this score?
The Eufy Robot Vacuum 11S MAX garners its high score due to its impressive suction power and user-friendly design, effectively cleaning a variety of surfaces—including hard floors and medium-pile carpets. However, it faces criticism for durability issues, with frequent complaints about getting stuck, especially in smaller spaces, and problems with the roller brush over time. Despite these weaknesses, its reliable cleaning performance and value for the price make it a solid choice for many households.
