Bottom Line
The Ethos 45 lb. Olympic Rubber Bumper Plate is a robust choice for those building a home gym, offering high-quality construction and excellent value. However, potential buyers should be mindful of the grip and flexibility issues surrounding the 45lb plates. If these concerns resonate with you, consider complementing your purchase with the thinner and more practical 25lb plates for a versatile and space-efficient solution.
