Bottom Line
The Energizer Recharge Power Plus AA 2300 mAh batteries generally provide strong, reliable power for high-drain and everyday devices with good longevity and eco-friendly reusability. However, some inconsistency in charge retention and safety concerns related to overheating in rare cases make it worth considering if you want optimal peace of mind. Since these batteries do not come with a charger and may require initial charging, be prepared for some setup before first use. If you want a rechargeable AA option with fewer reports of charge loss or overheating, you might want to explore alternatives that specifically highlight better charge retention and safety features.
