Cons
- •Mopping function is minimal and not suitable for deep cleaning or heavy stains

- •Replacement of brushes, rollers, filters, and bags is frequent with regular use
- •The auto-empty feature only activates after a full cleaning cycle, not when the bin is full
- •The device's mopping leaves a slippery residue if overused
- •Occasional issues with roller damage when collecting larger objects
- •Customer service has received negative reviews, with communication issues and unfulfilled promises
- •Manual emptying sometimes needed during long cleans, reducing convenience
- •Not effective on throw rugs or plush carpets, especially with textured surfaces
- •Some reports of durability concerns, with no clear response from manufacturer about malfunctions
Bottom Line
This robot vacuum and mop excels as a versatile cleaning device, particularly for pet owners and busy households looking for powerful suction and smart mapping features. However, its mopping capabilities are limited, and the self-emptying base may require manual help. If deep mopping or longer-term reliability are top priorities, you might want to explore dedicated mopping models or brands with stronger customer support.
