Deeper PRO+ 2 Fish Finder
The Deeper PRO+ 2 Sonar Fish Finder is a solid, versatile choice for anglers, particularly those focusing on ice fishing and larger bodies of water. Its portability, accurate sensors, and multiple features make it valuable, though it does suffer from some GPS and connectivity issues. If you frequently fish in shallow waters or creeks, this might not be the most suitable option for you.

- •App connectivity issues, especially uploading scans or maintaining connection
- •Can be fooled by kayak movements, resulting in false positives
- •Heavy splashes from casting might scare fish away
- •Not suitable for mapping or marking spots permanently due to spotty GPS

- •Limited performance in shallow water, showing fish where none are present
- •Some users mention that it can create confusing images, making fish orientation tricky
Bottom Line
The Deeper PRO+ 2 Sonar Fish Finder is a solid choice if you focus on ice fishing or need a portable, reliable sonar for larger bodies of water. Its accuracy and user-friendly features stand out, but GPS reliability and weight might be deal-breakers for creek or shallow water anglers.
