- •Contains a large number of crayons (200 total), perfect for kids who tend to lose crayons or need duplicates of favorite colors.
- •Crayons have a great texture that works well for traditional coloring, fine art, and even creative projects like homemade candles.
- •Comes in a super sturdy, durable bucket that keeps everything organized and protected.
- •Many users appreciate it as an exciting and impressive gift for children or homeschool art projects.
- •Most crayons arrive intact and ready to use, maintaining consistent quality throughout the set.
- •The wide color selection supports various artistic needs, though some repetition exists.
Cons
- •The set includes many repeat colors, which reduces the overall unique color variety compared to some other crayon collections.
- •Only two white crayons are included, which may not be enough for blending or specific artistic techniques.
- •No crayon sharpener is included, which some buyers wished was part of the package.
- •A few crayons may arrive broken inside the bucket, but this is usually a minor annoyance and doesn't affect usability.
- •The wider, classic crayon shape some users prefer is missing—these crayons are slimmer but still functional.
- •The large quantity may feel excessive for casual users or those only needing crayons for small projects or a single coloring book.
Bottom Line
The Crayola Ultimate Crayon Bucket 200 Crayons is a vibrant, reliable, and thoughtfully designed set perfect for serious color lovers, homeschoolers, and gift-givers. Its large quantity and color variety provide excellent value, especially if crayons tend to go missing in your household. However, if you're looking for a broader unique color range or prefer classic wider crayons with included accessories like a sharpener, you might want to explore other options. Overall, this bucket delivers classic Crayola quality in a durable, practical package that’s hard to beat for the price.
