- •Heats up to a maximum of 104°F, offering warmth on cool days.
Cons
- •Initial setup can be complicated and time-consuming.
- •Buttons and features, like the lock, may not function properly.
- •Issues with maintaining inflation in the top section and overall deflation within 12 hours.
- •Replacement parts are scarce, complicating repairs.
- •Poor customer service experience, with long wait times and unresolved issues.
- •Temperature drop from 104°F to 99-96°F when jets are on, which may not meet expectations.
Bottom Line
The Bestway Coleman Miami AirJet Hot Tub offers some solid features like sturdy construction and a good bubble jet experience, but it falls short in areas such as customer service and long-term reliability. Buyers should weigh the risk of potential deflation issues and the cooling effect when jets are used. Consider alternatives, particularly if excellent customer service and long-lasting reliability are your top priorities.
