Bottom Line
*Ravensburger Castles of Burgundy* 20th Anniversary Edition is a strategic gem for players aged 12 and up who enjoy thoughtful tile drafting and planning with a moderate complexity. Its depth and replayability make it a rewarding choice despite some setup tedium and a steep learning curve. If you crave more polished components or faster setup, you might want to consider other classic strategy games, but for a rich, engaging experience true to its legacy, this one is hard to beat.
