After using the 'other' brand prominently displayed alongside Diamond Crystal, I had to stop because of the dirt - the filth and the debris inside the 'other' brand of water softener treatment pellets. I contacted the 'other' manufacturer and was blown off and told not to worry about the dirt entering my water softener and accumulating on the bottom.COMPAR...dirt and debris.

CLEAN! More Refined That The 'Other' Brand

We always use new diamond crystal salt pellets for our water softener system. They work as intended. It takes 2 bags to fill up our water softener. It seems to filter the water appropriately. Convenience of ordering online in Walmart and having it delivered to door is a huge plus. The affordable price gets a double thumbs up.

I have been using this brand for close to five years, why? Because the people that installed my soft water system recommended it because it is not that expensive. And is true. Having said that, I just tried the Morton brand for the very first time. Let me just say WOW what a different! Something is definitely different from these two and the quality is definitely way better with the Morton salt.

Not The Best For Soft Water

What I don’t like about it is the fact it’s very hard for me to lift and mess to the time. It’s hard to get someone available enough to help you get it into the cart alone lifted into your vehicle. But the good thing is if I know that I am going Mail to get just a few other items then I will go ahead and get it online and do the pick up service that way.

A lot lighter and a little cheaper

I ordered Diamond Crystal Bright & Soft online, which I have purchased from TS before. However, when I went to pick up my online order, the TS staff brought out a completely different, unfamiliar brand, which I declined to purchase.

I normally get my salt from one of the big box stores, but recently decided to pick this up at my local Ace. As I poured it in I immediately noticed the saft was a very light brown color.

Expensive and Dirty

The product is good. The price is good on sale $4.99. The website says bulk discount buy 20 bags get 5% off each. The cashier called someone in charge.
