Bottom Line
The Canon PIXMA TR7020a delivers solid performance for everyday home and office printing, especially if you prioritize photo quality and fast print speeds. However, reliability concerns loom large—multiple users reported significant alignment and jamming issues after extended use, which is troubling for a printer in this price range. The complicated setup process, aggressive upselling of subscription software, and plasticky build quality further detract from the value proposition. If you need a dependable all-in-one printer for light-to-moderate home use and can accept some initial setup hassles, this model has merit, but the durability concerns suggest you should carefully weigh whether this is the best investment for your needs.
