Bottom Line
The Blink Mini Pan-Tilt Camera delivers robust home security features with clear video quality and easy setup. However, important features require a subscription, which wasn't initially made clear, creating dissatisfaction. If you're okay with the subscription model, it's a strong performer; but for a no-subscription option, you may want to consider alternatives like the Tapo series.
