Bottom Line
The Bissell Professional Pet Urine Eliminator + Oxy Carpet Cleaning Formula does a fair job at cleaning carpets and has a fragrance that is divisive. While it works well on carpets, its effectiveness at eliminating urine odors is lacking, and its fragrance can be too strong for some. Despite these points, it's worth noting that it’s not ideal for hard surfaces or surface rugs, making it a specialized choice for carpet lovers who can handle the scent.
