Why this score?
The Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam earns a moderate score due to its effective cleaning capabilities on hard floors and area rugs, with many users praising its vacuuming and steam functions for tackling dirt and pet messes. However, it faces criticism for poor suction on larger debris, frequent maintenance needs, and high noise levels, making it less ideal for larger cleaning tasks or quiet environments. Despite its drawbacks, it offers a time-saving solution for maintaining cleanliness in homes with pets or children, though some users suggest a lower price point would enhance its value.
