Bottom Line
The Bissell 1789 CrossWave & SpinWave Multi-Surface Cleaning Formula is effective for light maintenance on hard floors but may underwhelm those tackling more challenging messes, especially at its price. If you're primarily looking for a product with a strong fresh scent or handling heavy-duty cleaning tasks, considering alternatives like vinegar or Lysol could be wise.
