Calculated by ShopSavvy from the professional reviews and customer ratings we collected for this product.
Why this score?
The Bentgo Fresh lunch box earns a moderate score primarily for its practical design and leak-proof capabilities, appealing to busy parents looking for convenient meal solutions. However, concerns over its durability and the fragility of the hinge mechanism, highlighted in several reviews, may limit its overall reliability for daily use. While customer service has been praised for effectively addressing issues, the product's longevity remains a pivotal factor for many users.
