Why this score?
The BenQ TK800M receives a moderate score, praised for its bright, vibrant image quality and ease of setup, making it a solid option for sports and movies in low-light conditions. However, it faces significant criticism for persistent issues like white dots, pixelation in 4K, and poor customer support, leading many customers to feel disappointed given its price. Overall, while it offers impressive visuals when functioning well, many users struggle with reliability, which detracts from its value proposition.
