Bottom Line
While the Benecol Spread Regular offers a tasty and natural way to support cholesterol reduction, its main drawback is the steep price, making it less appealing for regular consumption. If you're looking for a more budget-friendly alternative, consider other plant-based spreads that might not offer the same cholesterol-lowering benefits but could suit your budget better. If you're committed to these health benefits and don't mind paying a premium, this product could be a solid choice.
