Calculated by ShopSavvy from the professional reviews and customer ratings we collected for this product.
Why this score?
The Audio-Technica AT-LP120XUSB receives a moderate score due to its strong sound quality and ease of use, making it suitable for beginners and casual listeners. However, concerns over durability, the fully manual operation lacking an automatic lift, and inconsistencies in build quality, including reports of a wobbly platter, indicate it's not without issues—potentially leaving more discerning audiophiles wanting. For its price, it offers a decent entry into the vinyl experience, though some users may find they need additional accessories for optimal performance.
