Why this score?
The AquaClear Fish Tank Filter earns a moderate score primarily for its effective filtration capabilities and customization options, as highlighted by many users who appreciate its quiet operation and ability to maintain water clarity. However, several reviews point to recurring motor issues, potential overheating, and challenges with clogging and maintenance, which detracts from its overall reliability. While it offers good performance for its price, prospective buyers should be cautious of these reported durability concerns.
