Pros
- •Great for travel and backpacking trips with durable packaging.
- •Slightly sweet flavor reduces the need for added sugar in coffee.
- •Creamy texture enhances coffee and recipes without spoilage.
- •Considered a good value and worthy of reordering.
- •Versatile for a variety of recipes, such as baking and whipped cake frosting.
Cons
- •Does not blend smoothly into coffee; often clumps.
- •Requires more effort to make whipped cream compared to regular heavy cream.
- •Short shelf life limits long-term storage.
- •Doesn't perfectly replicate the taste of fresh cream, leaving some dissatisfied with coffee flavor.
- •Mixing difficulties often lead to a conclusion that it's too much effort for the convenience it provides.
Bottom Line
Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder is a versatile and convenient product, especially great for bakers and adventurers due to its travel-friendly packaging and ability to avoid spoilage. However, if you're primarily looking for a coffee creamer, be ready for a bit of a commitment, as it can clump and might not meet all of your flavor expectations. For smooth morning coffees, you might consider sticking with traditional options.
