Bottom Line
The AmazonBasics Regular Pet Dog and Puppy Training Pads - Pack of 100 offer a good balance of value and practicality for small dogs and even cats, especially in training contexts. However, be aware of potential leakage issues and consistency in size. They are best suited for small pets and controlled environments. If adhesion and thickness are top priorities, you might want to consider alternatives.
