Pros
- •Some users still find that Always Discreet pads are preferable to other brands they have tried in the past.
Cons
- •The product quality has declined with the 'new and improved' packaging.
- •Pads are smaller and provide less coverage, leading to leakage issues.
- •Decreased absorbency and comfort, requiring more frequent pad changes.
- •The strong, new scent is unpleasant, pervasive, and may cause irritation for sensitive skin.
- •Customers feel misled by the 'new and improved' label, experiencing inadequate size and protection.
- •There is frustration over undisclosed changes in pad sizes and misleading marketing practices.
- •The scent does not effectively mitigate natural odors and is not clearly communicated on packaging.
- •Some users report experiencing urinary leaks that did not occur with previous versions.
Bottom Line
If you're looking for high absorbency and comfort, you might be disappointed with the 'new and improved' Always Discreet Incontinence Pads, as many users find the scent and reduced performance off-putting. The overwhelming sentiment is one of dissatisfaction and consideration of alternative brands for better protection and unscented options. Despite lingering brand loyalty for some users, exploring other products could offer a more satisfactory experience.
