For brands enforcing MAP

See who is advertising your products below MAP

Set a minimum advertised price on each product. ShopSavvy checks it across tens of thousands of retailers, hourly to weekly by plan, and lists every listing priced below it, with the retailer, the seller and how far under it is.

Tens of thousands of retailers · Hourly to weekly by plan · 14-day free trial on every plan

The problem

You set a minimum advertised price so your retail partners compete on service, not on undercutting each other. Then one marketplace seller drops below it, a big-box retailer matches, and your authorized dealers call to ask why they are holding the line.

Finding those listings by hand means searching every retailer for every SKU, every week, and the violations you miss are the ones that spread.

How the work changes

Today, by hand

  1. Keep a spreadsheet of SKUs and their MAP prices
  2. Search Amazon, Walmart, Target and the rest for each SKU, one at a time
  3. Screenshot anything below MAP and work out which seller posted it
  4. Repeat next week, and hope nothing changed in between

With ShopSavvy for Business

  1. Import your SKUs by URL, ASIN, barcode or model number, and set a MAP price on each
  2. ShopSavvy finds each product across tens of thousands of retailers and re-checks it on your plan's schedule
  3. MAP Monitor lists every offer below MAP, graded minor (under 5% below), moderate (5-15%) or severe (over 15%), with the marketplace seller when there is one
  4. A per-retailer compliance rate shows which partners hold MAP and which do not; export it to Excel or PDF, or get it in a scheduled report email

Which plan fits

Growth$249.99/month

Up to 150 products · Refresh: 4 hours, 12 hours, Daily, Weekly

Most brands start MAP monitoring with their core line. Growth covers 150 products refreshed as often as every 4 hours, which is frequent enough to catch a violation the day it appears. A full catalog or hourly checks fit Professional or Enterprise.

Not a fit if…

  • MAP enforcement on eBay: eBay listings are excluded from MAP Monitor, because their prices are too often for used, refurbished or bundled items.
  • Brands selling mainly outside the US: prices are tracked in US dollars, and coverage is deepest at large US retailers.
  • Sending violation notices for you: ShopSavvy shows who and where; contacting the seller is up to you.

Building price data into your own software instead? The ShopSavvy Data API for retail analytics gives you the same prices over a REST API.

Questions

How do I set a MAP price?

Set it per product on the Products page of your dashboard. MAP Monitor compares every current offer for that product against it, in the same currency.

Which listings count as violations?

Any current, in-stock offer priced below your MAP. ShopSavvy leaves out offers its own matching rejected as a different product, listings it could not tie to a known retailer, eBay listings, and prices in another currency, so a violation is a real listing of your product.

Can I see which marketplace seller is below MAP?

Yes. When a listing comes from a third-party marketplace seller, the violation shows that seller, not just the marketplace.

How quickly will I see a new violation?

As soon as the next scheduled refresh of that product runs. Refreshes run hourly to weekly by plan: daily on Starter, as often as every 4 hours on Growth, and hourly on Professional.

Can I share MAP reports with my team or partners?

Export MAP data to Excel or PDF from Reports, or set up a scheduled report email that includes violations.
