The Auris My Little Lyre is a charming instrument, perfect for anyone interested in delving into music. Its tuning range is based around a pentatonic 7-string setup, which creates a five-note scale. This scale is known for being harmonious and easy on the ears, making it suitable for players of all ages, even kids.
One of the great things about this pentatonic tuning is that it naturally combines notes that sound pleasant together. This means you won't have to constantly retune or adjust it, which is really handy if you're new to playing or if you just enjoy the simplicity of natural, resonant tunes.
The lyre is made from maple wood, known for its strength and ability to produce clear, warm sounds. The manufacturer highlights how the maple gives the lyre a rich, full-bodied tone, so when you play, each note sounds bright and distinct.
Additionally, the use of sustainably sourced European maple wood means this lyre is not only beautiful but also eco-friendly, which many people find comforting, especially if you're considering it for a child.
In short, the Auris My Little Lyre combines sound, craftsmanship, and environmental responsibility.
Whether you're a parent, a teacher, or just someone who loves creating soothing music, this lyre offers a simple and durable way to explore lovely melodies.
