The Barska 100 Key Safe Storage Cabinet is built mainly from solid steel, which makes it pretty tough against break-ins. It's really aimed at keeping up to 100 keys safe and well-organized. Plus, it has two steel locking deadbolts that ramp up its security, so it's a good bet when it comes to keeping keys secure.
The cabinet features a digital keypad where you can store two different PIN codes between 4 to 6 digits. This comes in handy if more than one person needs access. And in case the electronics fail or you just prefer the old-school way, there are barrel keys as a backup, so you're not stuck.
Now, while the steel part is solid, there are a few things to watch out for. According to our research, the internal plastic bits, like the knob, might wear down over time, which could mean you'll have to swap them out for something stronger, like aluminum, so the cabinet keeps working smoothly.
It's generally got a good reputation for being secure and practical. It's useful for both personal and business purposes, like in homes, offices, or real estate settings where dealing with a lot of keys is normal.
Plus, its dimensions (15.6 x 4.75 x 21.6 inches) make it easy to mount on a wall, and it even comes with the hardware you need for installation.
All in all, the Barska 100 Key Safe Storage Cabinet does a solid job at organizing and protecting keys. Even though there are minor issues that could use a tweak, its mix of security features and user-friendliness makes it a good option for anyone needing to manage their keys effectively.
