The LOTS OF ZEN tuning fork set includes three forks with frequencies of 128Hz, 256Hz, and 512Hz, as the manufacturer describes. These frequencies are pretty common in sound healing and meditation, useful for energy work and things like chakra alignment.
According to our research, these forks are well-made and nice to look at, offering good durability for the price. Just a heads-up, though: a few people noticed minor frequency variations where two forks were slightly off by about 6Hz, but it didn't bother everyone, and many still found them helpful for sound therapy basics.
About the sound, they vibrate for around seven seconds. Some folks looking for longer sound duration mentioned other brands go up to 40 seconds, but others are okay with it and appreciate how easy they are to use.
Plus, the set comes with a mallet, which is vegan-friendly—nice for those who prefer alternative materials.
Overall, the LOTS OF ZEN set seems like a pretty decent option for those starting out with sound healing or just looking for some affordable meditation tools.
It's got a good reputation for value, especially if you're just exploring sound therapy or using it for personal growth.
