So, if you're planning to put together the Blackstone 2310 Iron Forged 36" Omnivore Griddle, here's the scoop from our research.

While folks generally think it's a solid piece of outdoor gear thanks to its sturdy powder-coated steel, the assembly isn't always a walk in the park.

One of the main hiccups people experience is getting the parts to line up just right. Sometimes the holes don't quite match up, and you might need to get a little creative or put in some extra effort to make everything fit. This can turn an afternoon project into a bit of a puzzle and take longer than you might expect.

Plus, there have been a few mentions of missing or wrong-sized fasteners, which could slow things down if you have to hunt for replacements.

Another thing to keep in mind is how solid some parts feel. While the griddle itself is pretty robust, a few people think that the frame or side tables could be sturdier, so handle those parts carefully to avoid any potential durability issues.

Despite these assembly hurdles, most folks still have good things to say about it, especially how well it handles outdoor conditions. The powder-coated steel is great because it stands up to rust and corrosion, which is key if it's going to live outside.

If you decide to get one, it's a good idea to check all the parts when you open the box. Making sure you have everything and that it's in good shape before you start can save you a lot of hassle.

And if you do run into any problems, hitting up Blackstone's customer service might help, as some have found them pretty responsive.

With a bit of patience and prep, you should be able to get it up and running and ready to grill up some tasty meals!
