The Blackstone 2310 Iron Forged 36" Omnivore Griddle is great if you're into cooking outside and want something versatile. It has a few features that make it pretty handy for anyone who loves grilling.
One of the key things about it is that it works with standard 20-pound propane tanks. The manufacturer mentions this, and our research backs it up, with many folks having success using these tanks. It has the right regulators and fittings to make sure the gas flow is consistent, which is really nice for long cooking sessions.
It also has a rear grease management system that's built in. This feature helps keep things tidy by catching and disposing of grease, which is a big plus if you're having a long cook-out.
Another thing worth noting is the X-Braced Hood. This adds some durability and helps hold heat well, which makes it easier to control the temperature whether you're searing steaks or flipping pancakes.
While there are plenty of handy features, some people have run into small issues with assembling the griddle and with the gas regulator. Following the instructions carefully when you're putting it together is pretty important.
The good news is, if you do hit a snag, Blackstone is known for having good customer service to help sort things out. Just make sure to check out the user manual if you need some guidance.
In the end, the Blackstone 2310 Griddle is designed for folks who like versatile and efficient outdoor cooking. With features like easy gas tank hookup and a good grease management system, it aims to make your grilling experience better.
