So, if you're looking at the RAILBLAZA C-Tug Kayak Cart, a heads-up about the straps might be helpful. People generally love the cart because it's super durable and handles different terrains well with its puncture-free wheels and cushy hull pads. But, to be honest, the straps have some quirks.
From what we've gathered, a bunch of folks find the straps tricky to secure properly around their kayaks. They sometimes slip or come loose during transport, which can be a bit annoying or even risky if not sorted out. That said, it seems like with a little practice and paying close attention to how they're supposed to go on, most people can get the hang of it.
And those instructional videos? They’ve been a big help for others finding the strap setup less straightforward.
Other than the strap thing, the cart itself gets a lot of love for its solid design. It rolls well on different surfaces, even though very loose sand might be a bit of a hiccup—no biggie, just worth noting if that's your usual terrain.
Putting the cart together is pretty easy, too. It breaks down fast for storage, which is nice whether you're storing it in the kayak or elsewhere. Its parts resist rust and general wear, so it holds up well over time.
In short, while the strap setup might need a little patience, the RAILBLAZA C-Tug is still a go-to for many kayakers due to its build and versatility. Most strap issues seem fixable with some practice and by using the resources available, letting you enjoy the cart's strengths with fewer hassles.
