It's designed to produce calming sounds and comes with a few handy extras. Included with the drum are a pair of drum mallets, which will help you start playing right away. There's also a music book to guide you along, a carry bag for easy transport, and even some finger picks.
These additions make it pretty user-friendly, especially if you're just starting out. Some folks have mentioned appreciating the drum's design and build quality—it's not only nice to play but also looks good as a decorative piece.
