The Rit Tie-Dye Accessory Kit is a great starting point for your tie-dye projects, but just so you know, it doesn't come with any dye. According to the manufacturer's product description, the kit includes three squeeze bottles, 20 rubber bands, two pairs of gloves, and a microwave tray.

You'll also find an instruction booklet and Rit ColorStay Dye Fixative to help reduce bleeding and fading of the colors. However, you'll need to pick up the dyes separately, which is actually kind of nice because you get to choose exactly which colors you want to use. The manufacturer even points out, “Dyes sold separately so you can pick and choose the exact colors you want to use.”
