So, if you're looking to get into car care with Jay Leno's Garage Car Essential Detailing Bucket Kit, here's what's inside. Just a heads up, it doesn't include a lid for the bucket. Some people assume there should be one, especially with a pricier kit, but according to the manufacturer's details and our research, it's not there.
Now, onto the good stuff. This kit is a 14-piece set that covers all the basics and more.
You'll get a 5-Gallon HD Bucket, a Grit Guard to help keep your car's paint free of swirls and scratches, and a plush chenille wash mitt that's gentle on your car.
It also includes various detailing sprays, cleaning liquids, microfiber towels, and applicators—it's basically got you covered for cleaning and detailing your car. These items are meant to help you give your car a thorough clean and a fresh look without needing more tools.
If having a lid for the bucket is really important to you, you might want to consider buying one separately. Some folks have mentioned they'd prefer the kit came with a lid, so it's something to think about if that’s on your must-have list.
Before you hit 'buy,' it's a good idea to double-check what's included so you know exactly what you're getting. Even without a lid, this kit should set you up nicely to keep your car looking sharp.
