So here's the deal with the Yauende Magnetic Eyeglasses Repair Kit: it seems like there's a bit of confusion about its magnetic properties. According to the manufacturer's description, it's marketed as a 'magnetic' kit. But from what we've gathered, some folks have pointed out that the screwdrivers, in particular, don't actually have any magnetism.
If you're after magnetic tools to help with picking up tiny screws—especially when you're fixing eyeglasses or similar delicate items—this might be a letdown. Magnetism can definitely make those repairs easier by preventing screws from rolling away.
On the flip side, if you're more interested in the assortment and utility of the tools rather than their magnetism, this kit still has a lot to offer. It includes a range of eyeglass screws, precision screwdrivers, tweezers, and a micro screwdriver. Some people have found these tools quite handy, even if they’re not magnetic.
In the end, it really depends on what you need. If magnetic tools are crucial for your repairs, you might want to look into other options that specifically promise magnetic features.
But if you're okay without them, this kit could still be pretty useful for various repair jobs.
