The Ultimate Direction Comfort Belt in Blue Ridge, size XS, is pretty handy if you're looking to keep your hands free while out for a run or a hike. It aims to balance comfort and functionality so you can store your stuff securely while staying active.
The manufacturer describes it as being made from a combination of elastic, silicone, and mesh materials. This helps it fit snugly around your waist or hips and prevents annoying ride-up or bouncing. There's also a zipper closure for extra security, and you can toss it in the washing machine when it needs a clean.
It’s got a bunch of pockets—four big ones and a smaller pocket—so you can organize your essentials like your phone, keys, or snacks easily. There’s a key clip and silicone straps to help keep everything in place, even if you're really picking up the pace.
From what we've found, people seem to like the fit and storage space, finding it a nice alternative to bulkier items like backpacks. While there's not much feedback specifically about the Blue Ridge version, the belts from Ultimate Direction usually get good marks for their practicality.
Now, about reflectivity—important for those nighttime or early morning workouts—the manufacturer's description doesn't mention reflective materials for the Blue Ridge XS model specifically. It might be designed with bright colors for better visibility, but if having reflective gear is crucial for you, you might want to check other models or add something else reflective to your outfit.
In short, if it’s functionality and comfort you're after, the Ultimate Direction Comfort Belt could be worth considering for your activities.
