Yep, the OLFA 35" x 70" Connecting Grid Rotary Cutting Mat Set is self-healing. Our research found that this feature gets a lot of thumbs up from folks who use it.
It's designed for rotary cutters and includes three 23" x 35" mats that you can connect, giving you a nice big cutting area for larger projects.
The manufacturer describes the mats as flexible and reversible, so you can use them in different ways. People talk a lot about how the large size and flexibility help with precision, and it's super handy if you need a big workspace. You can cover a large table with it, and when you're done, just take it apart for easier storage. It's great for anyone into sewing or crafting.
There are a couple of things to keep in mind, though. Some have mentioned that the clips connecting the mats can be a bit tricky—they sometimes stick out a bit. A quick fix that some people mentioned is using painter's tape to hold things in place better.
Also, there's a note about a smell when you first get the mat, but apparently, it fades over time.
Despite these small quirks, the self-healing feature and flexibility are where this mat really shines, especially if you're looking for something durable and convenient for regular sewing or crafting sessions.
